  • Adult Pilates

    60min Pilates classes for adults
    Pilates is a form of exercise that concentrates on strengthening the whole body with an emphasis on core strength. Helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates also concentrates on gaining muscle strength, improving posture, balance and flexibility using your own body weight.

    These classes are for all levels from beginner to advanced.

    Pilates is the perfect complimentary to yoga. Post natal Women are also more than welcome.

    When: Every Wednesday from 7pm to 8pm
    Where: Kinderkrippe Tierlihof, Langäristrasse 7a,Fällanden
    Bring with you: Your own workout/Pilates mat
    Costs: 20.- per Adult

  • Family Yoga

    45min Yoga classes for the whole Family (0 - 99Y.)

    Playful way of introducing yoga, mindfulness and exercise into kids everyday life. We explore Yoga poses, breathing techniques in a fun, interesting way while spending quality time together and building healthy relationships with each other, other kids/families and movement.

    When: every second Saturday morning from 10am to 10.45am
    Where: at Kinderkrippe Tierlihof, Langäristrasse 7a in Fällanden
    Bring with you: an exercise/yoga mat
    Costs: 35.- per Family

    Benefits of Family-Yoga:
    Yoga for kids and families is just as beneficial as practicing yoga for adults. Family Yoga may help to:
    1. Develop the right balance of muscle tone and strength throughout the body to support the joints.
    2. Builds core strength for good posture and overall physical fitness.
    3. Helps to maintain flexibility and mobility in all joints and muscles.
    4. Manage anxiety.
    5. Manage stress.
    6. improve emotional regulation.
    7. Boosts mood, self-esteem.
    8. increase body awareness and minfulness.
    9. Enhance concentration and memory.

    And many many more. As you can see above, yoga has just as many benefits for children as for adults. Yoga reaches children how to reduce stress in healthy ways. This is important life skill can help them as children and as adults.

    Learning a variety of yoga poses may help children learn about heir bodies and the movements they`re capable of doing. Perfecting a pose can give Children a sense of personal empowerment and feeling of success.

    Yoga requires children to focus and work on their memorization skills and it helps develop childrens strength and flexibility. It helps strengthen children`s growing bodies, helps improve/maintain good posture and overall physical health.

    Family yoga also teaches discipline and allows children to express themselves freely without judgment while building a sense of community and togetherness.

About your Yoga &
Pilates Teacher:

Hi, my Name is Enikö Kopasz.
I was born in a small town near the Hungarian border of Serbia.
As a child i tried out different kinds of sports, movement, I loved doing sports but only when I was able to do it with my friends or together with my family. For me, sports were always something that brought us together, brought us laughter, a sense of communit and belonging. Thsi is what I am trying to bring to every Family Yoga class. An enjoyable, engaging non judgmental place to be, building a community together where kids can be with their families, friends while doing something fun and essential for their well being.

I started my mindful movement exploration in 2017 and after 3 short years of regular practice I decided that I want to share the pleasure of this practice with everyonearound me. That`s when I desided to join my first Yoga Teacher as a tool helps me take care of my mind and body. I make it a priority because I believe:
We cant show up 100% for others if we are not 100% ourselves. Later on through this journey I have done my Pilates Instructor training as well, because I believe, Pilates strength training is the perfect complement to a Yoga practice.
